Version 1.0 — Last updated: [DATE]
PANDI NOW
Pandi Now Inc. • Incorporated in Delaware, United States
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which ones we use on pandinow.com, why we use them, and how you can control them. For EU/EEA users, we ask for your consent before placing non-essential cookies.
1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember information about your visit, such as your login status or preferences, and help us understand how people use the platform.
We also use similar technologies including web beacons, pixels, and local storage, which function similarly to cookies. References to "cookies" in this policy include these technologies.
2. Categories of Cookies We Use
| Category | Description and Examples |
|---|---|
| Strictly Necessary | Required for the platform to function. Login sessions, security tokens, CSRF protection. These cannot be disabled. Without them, the platform does not work. |
| Analytics | Help us understand how users interact with the platform so we can improve it. We use Google Analytics (or equivalent). Data is anonymized and aggregated where possible. Can be disabled. |
| Functional / Preferences | Remember your settings and preferences (e.g. language, display preferences). Enhance your experience but are not essential. Can be disabled. |
| Marketing | Used to deliver relevant communications and understand the effectiveness of marketing. Only placed with your explicit consent. Can be disabled. |
3. Specific Cookies We Use

This list will be updated as we add or remove cookies. Last updated: [DATE].
4. Your Cookie Choices
For EU / EEA Users
We ask for your consent before placing any non-essential cookies. You can accept all, reject all non-essential, or choose specific categories using our cookie consent banner when you first visit the platform.
You can change your preferences at any time by clicking "Cookie Settings" in the footer of the platform.
For All Users
You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:
- View and delete existing cookies
- Block cookies from specific sites
- Block all third-party cookies
- Clear all cookies when you close the browser
Note: Disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from using the platform. Disabling analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use the platform but means we receive less information to improve it.
Opt-Out Links for Third-Party Tools
- Google Analytics: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
- Google Ads: adssettings.google.com
- Mailchimp: You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email
5. Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Pandi Now currently does not respond to Do Not Track signals, as there is no industry standard for how platforms should respond. We will update this policy if that changes.
6. Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The current version is always available at pandinow.com/cookies. Material changes will be communicated via the cookie consent banner and, for registered members, by email.
7. Contact
For questions about our use of cookies, contact hi@pandinow.com with the subject line "Cookie Enquiry."
